Production Schedule
Turnaround time for garment decoration is between 5-10 working days.
Payment Methods
Most major credit cards are accepted through our preferred merchant processor - Google Checkout.
We also accept company checks, cashiers checks and money orders with prior approval.
Order Deposit
There is a 50% deposit upon order with the remaining balance due at completion and prior to delivery.
Your deposit is an agreement between you and Design to Garment that you wish to proceed with the order.
Artwork Guidlines
Please contact us for information regarding artwork guidelines. We don't guarantee color matching and reserve the right
to refuse artwork of any design we deem questionable, distasteful or copyrighted.
Quality Control
Garment decoration orders are thoroughly examined and
counted by members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes and quantities are accurate.
All items are also examined for defects prior to shipping.




Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped using one of several popular US carriers. For special delivery and expedites, please contact us.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
All decorated apparel is made to order. As such, we will not accept a return unless
the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. The cancellation of an order is subject to a $25 cancellation fee applied against
the initial order deposit. Additionally, pre-print work (not limited to design work) implemented before the artwork proof has been created
will be charged accordingly in addition to the cancellation fee.
